Florida Sales Report 3rd Quarter 2007

The 3rd Quarter Florida Sales Report was recently release for Existing Single-Family Homes and Condominiums.  PLEASE NOTE THAT THE NAPLES BOARD OF REALTORS DOES NOT CONTRIBUTE STATISTICS TO THIS REPORT.

While these reports still show the percentage of home sales and prices down, I have noticed more activity in my area Pelican Bay within the last week.  The listings I have in L'Ambiance have also been receiving more showings. More snow birds have been arriving and there has been a huge increase in people visiting during this Thanksgiving Holiday.

Pelican Bay's statistics show low rise inventory currently has a 19 month inventory while all the condo inventory in Naples currently has about a 31 month inventory.  Properties with beach access I think will do better than units further from the beach.

 If you owned in Pelican Bay, you could be enjoying the Thanksgiving Holiday with sunsets like this each night!
