Curb Appeal
Curb appeal is your first chance to create a great first impression on buyers before they enter your house. The positive and negative features that jump out at buyers shape their first thoughts about your home and how you perform home's regular maintenance. Knowing this assists us in deciding what actions we can take to entice buyers from the street and into your home. If your home's exterior isn't inviting with refreshed paint and blooming greenery we'll need to address those as well. Follow the Curb Appeal Checklist and increase your home's final selling price.

Welcome Home
Can buyers picture themselves lounging in your living space, reading a good book in your reading nook or studying in your home office? We want your Open House to welcome buyers and offer them a sense of easy living. I'll help you achieve this by suggesting small improvements that enhance your home's features. I'll suggest that you get rid of items that give the illusion of clutter. Tabletops should be neatly arranged. Kitschy sculptures, souvenirs, family photos, and play time artwork should get moved out of sight. We need to "neutralize" the place so buyers can see it as their new place.
I know exactly where a room's best characteristics are and how to highlight them. Areas that directly affect your bottom line include fixable like pieces of furniture that should get removed, rooms that need fresh paint, carpet that needs to be steamed, fixtures that need polishing, and windows that need cleaning.
Buyers' agents know that their clients like to see a property that draws them in with charm. Decor that could be uninviting should be put away so that your house will have have likability during any visit.

Setting the Stage At every showing, we want to capture buyers' attention. Shadows are a mood changer and we'll part the curtains, and reduce shadows where needed to invite the buyer inside. We'll enhance the ambiance with enjoyable music playing lightly and assure a delightful scent circulates throughout your house. We'll make use of cozy-looking bedspreads, and place pillows on your loveseat and bed. Buyers should feel like your current house is their future home. |
